Ingredients
1
cn
6-oz. tuna (drained)
1⁄2
c
breadcrumbs (or 1 slice bread, crumbled)
1⁄2
t
mustard
4
T
mayo
1⁄4
c
veggies, diced (scallions, red or green peppers are good)
In a medium-size mixing bowl, stir together the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, mustard and mayo. Dice veggies that you’ll be using and add them also. Stir everything together with a fork, sprinkle with Adobo, and mix in well.
At the stove, pour olive oil into large skillet over medium-high heat. Scoop patties in ¼-cupfuls into the pan, lightly pressing together with your hands. Brown in the oil for about 2-3 minutes per side, placing the lid on when you flip them to the other side.
Then turn the heat to medium to finish cooking. Patties are done when they are golden brown on each side.
