Stuffed tomatoes with Tuna

Description

It's a cold fish appetizer for summer days! Thanks to eatGreek for this simple yet elegant recipe. When I'm looking for authentic Greek recipes, eatGreek is the place.

Ingredients

  • 4 small tough tomatoes
  • 160 grams canned tuna (in water)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 sprigs parsley (chopped)
  • olive oil (extra virgin)

Directions

Wash tomatoes, cut on top like a washer lid and remove the inside.
Strain the tuna from the water which is in the can.
In a bowl, add tuna, the chopped onion, parsley, some olive oil and stir.
Fill the tomatoes and leave them for awhile in the fridge to freeze and serve.
