Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe

Description

Creamy and not-too-sweet, this peanut butter frosting recipe is quick and easy. It's especially delicious when served on this Best Moist Chocolate Cake.

Ingredients

  • 3⁄4 cups peanut butter
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1⁄2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup milk (add more if needed)

Directions

  1. Using an electric mixer, blend together the peanut butter, vanilla and one cup of confectioner's sugar. When creamy, add remaining sugar and milk. Continue to mix until soft and creamy. If frosting is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time.
