Italian Panini Grill Spread

Description
Turn the traditional ho-hum grilled cheese or ham and cheese into an exciting café sandwich with this spread. Multiply this recipe by the number of sandwiches you’re making—or use as is for one serving.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil spread or butter
- 1⁄8 teaspoon Adobo* (or salt)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dried oregano

ham and cheese, Genoa salami, turkey and Swiss, or any meat/cheese combo you have on hand

Directions
- Chop garlic or open the jar of prepared garlic. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
- Spread onto 2 slices of bread. Place your choice of filling ingredients on non-buttered sides and grill over medium heat in a non-stick skillet (or on an indoor grill), placing buttered sides out. Cook until golden brown.

*This recipe uses Adobo, a blend of salt and herbs.
