Description
This easy Bisquick pizza crust recipe has been a family fave since I was a kid. It's quick to mix and can be made with other baking mixes -- I often use the Aldi Baker's Choice brand since it's more economical. No sauce? Try this quick and easy pizza sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Bisquick baking mix (or another brand, such as Baker's Choice)
- 3⁄4 cups water
Directions
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Generously coat pizza pan with vegetable oil spray or olive oil.
- In medium size bowl, use fork to mix together mix and water. When dough forms, knead lightly 15-20 times. Spread onto 11" by 16" baking stone or 15-16" pizza pan. (Oil hands lightly to make this task easier.) Top with sauce and cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until pizza is golden and crispy at edges.
*This can make either a thin-style crust or deep-dish style pizza, depending upon the size of your pan and how thinly you spread it.
