Healthy Superbowl Recipe: Easy Chicken Posole
Here's a healthy Superbowl recipe that is easy to make ahead of time and perfect to keep warm in the slowcooker during the entire game. With a basket of crusty bread or slices of toasted garlic bread, this is an all-in-one satisfying meal. Serve it with corn chips or tostadas for dipping. Add a bowl of sliced limes and avocados for a garnishing accent to really dress up this simple-to-prepare meal. (Remember to drizzle some lime juice over the avocado to minimize browning.)
