A Family Favorite: Easy Thanksgiving Stuffing

We have both vegetarians and carnivores in our family; thus, our Thanksgiving feast will include both a turkey and a Tofurky. Although I've celebrated many vegetarian holidays, this will be the first one with this specialty (can't wait to try it!). And the turkey is courtesy of Eberly Poultry, where free-range poultry is the norm. But it wouldn't be Thanksgiving without one traditional favorite: Mom-mom's Bread Stuffing. This is my holiday favorite dish, hands-down. I've tried many different stuffing and filling recipes with all sorts of variations over the years, but this one is still the winner.
