Cherry Coffeecake & French Toast from the White Gull Inn

The White Gull Inn gained fame earlier this year when they won ABC's Breakfast Challenge with their stellar Door County Cherry-Stuffed French Toast. So, when I was quite fortunate to eat there in June, I just had to try it -- and yes, it certainly is divine. But the cherry coffeecake on the menu also caught my eye. Thankfully I was able to order a half-order of the French toast and share the coffeecake with my fellow breakfasters. Both the coffeecake and the toast were fantastic -- quite easily the best breakfast I had on my entire trip to Door County, Wisconsin.
