Easy Dutch oven Recipe: Greek-style Beef

Sometimes the quickest meal is an easy Dutch oven recipe. It's one that's mostly hands-off (and 'bakes itself'), even when I'm around the house. And that's especially helpful when I'm working from home. If I'm going to be home for the afternoon but I want to be able to walk from the office into the kitchen and sit down at the table with a minimum of at-the-moment-effort, I make an easy Dutch oven recipe. It doesn't take as long as the crockpot (so if I forgot to plan and prep amidst a crazy-busy morning, it's still a go), and it creates what I call a 'Martha Stewart' meal (it looks darn good and tastes darn good) with a minimum of effort. From pork and beef to chicken and turkey, my Dutch oven can do no wrong!
