This shepherd's pie recipe has been a family favorite for almost twenty years. Thanks to my good friend, Elizabeth, for this recipe's original inspiration. I remember eating it at her house and reveling in the rich flavor, the satisfying combination of this comfort food casserole.

This black bean salad recipe is not only one of the best bean salads I've ever had, it's quick and easy to pull together. It's a classic taste of California, shared from my good friend who calls San Diego home.

This frozen peanut butter cream pie has been a family favorite since my kids were little. My fondest memories of this pie include afternoons when one of my good friends would bring her kids over for an afternoon playdate and we would indulge in this divine pie together.

Today I’d like to share with you a fabulous way to grill feta cheese stovetop-style -- it brings out the chewy texture, mellows the tang, adds a crisp layer and is a wonderful accompaniment to salad. Feta cheese is high in protein, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin B12 and phosphorus.

Awhile ago when I was doing some recipe development work for Relish, I created these fun easy snack recipes for kids. They are quick and easy, can be made in one bowl, are mixed easily by hand, travel well in ziplocs, and keep for a week in the fridge. In other words, they are perfect for kids.
