Chocolate Fondue Dessert Dip

The first time I served this was at a holiday get-together with a few friends. Some of them had to eat a gluten-free diet so I wanted to make sure there were a variety of things they could indulge in also. This was a perfect quick and easy choice -- especially divine paired with a tray of fresh fruit. Healthy yet decadent!

Spice up the Holiday: Apple Mince Tarts

This recipe is an old family favorite, adapted way back from my days of vegan eating when I used Annemarie Colbin's cookbook, The Natural Gourmet. The most time-consuming part is peeling the apples and cooking the filling (but it's worth it for the spiced holiday aroma that fills your house).
