Red or Green? the Rhubarb Recipe Question

So I made Jess's Rhubarbsauce with green rhubarb. And I know all you rhubarb lovers are just dying to know what happened, right?  Did it taste great? Did it cook similarly?  And the biggie: was it still a beautiful blushing pink?

Okay, I'll admit it: I like rhubarb. It ain't the most glamorous, the most attractive or the most palatable-goes-down-easy fruit, but it's certainly got personality. Would you believe that almost everyone I've talked to recently does *not* like rhubarb?
