Couldn't agree more. When you've had a busy day and arrrive home famished, peering into that fridge can either be inspiring or depressing. Dinner last night was lookin' lean at our house (I really need to swing by the store soon). Thankfully we had rice, carrots and frozen greenbeans ... the makings of a quick stir-fry. Stir-fries are a quick and tasty solution to combining the "ingredients of the moment" into a graceful dish. I used the recipe below as a guide and exchanged out the veggies on hand.
